CD images (cd5-cd8) containing the source RPMs are located in the same directory as the binary images. The DVD image contains both the binary and source packages. Note that the source RPMs are not required to install X/OS Linux.

You can verify the integrity of each ISO image using the MD5 checksums published on this site or in the MD5SUM file located in the download directory. Compare the output returned by running the md5sum command on each ISO file with the values published by X/OS:

md5sum <isofilename>

^[11] The X/OS Linux 4.0 DVD contains an extra directory dvdutils with tools to create a complete set of ISO9660 CD images from the DVD. See the README file in the top directory of the DVD for information on how to use this feature.
